IF YOU RUN A RESTAURANT OR BAR — THE OPERATOR’S MACHINE · DOWNTOWN WACO, TX

Stop being the machine.

I run a hospitality portfolio in downtown Waco — a whiskey house, a cigar lounge, coffee, a burger trailer, the buildings under them — and an AI machine I built runs the media, the books, and the back office. In Fall 2026 I’m installing that machine in five operators’ businesses.

THE 70-HOUR LIE

You’re the marketing department at midnight. The bookkeeper on your day off. The only person who knows why Tuesday died. The industry calls that an operator. I call it a single point of failure — and I was one, across more concepts than I could hold in my head. So I stopped being the system, and built one.

WHY I BUILD

This started as a business plan and became an assignment. I came up building houses. I moved to hospitality because tables do something houses can’t — they put people face to face.

Faith is the foundation of how I build. Community is the point of it. Downtown Waco is the place.

The full story lands here July 27.

THE FILTER

FOR

  • 01

You own independent restaurants, bars, coffee, or trucks — one to five concepts.

  • 02

You’re the bottleneck and you know it.

  • 03

You want systems installed, not content to binge.

NOT FOR

  • 01

If you want a social media guy, hire an agency.

  • 02

If your books live in a shoebox, fix that first — the diagnostic will tell you how, free.

  • 03

If you’re opening your first spot: follow along, it’s all public. Apply next cycle.

HOW THE FIVE GET CHOSEN

  1. 01

    REQUEST

90 seconds. Name, venue, where it hurts.

  2. 02

    THE FILE

Twelve questions about your operation. Completed files are reviewed first when seats open.

  3. 03

    THE OPERATOR CALL

45 minutes, me and your numbers. You keep the install map whether you take a seat or not.

  4. 04

    THE DECISION

Seats are offered one at a time. An offered seat holds for 10 days, then moves to the next file.

Most files will hear ‘not yet.’ Five will hear ‘let’s build.’

I’m not a guru. I’m an operator. I came up building houses, and I build businesses the same way — from drawings, to hold. The machine on this page isn’t a theory I sell; it’s the thing that runs my buildings while I’m on the floor.

Why five? Because an install is hands-on — my team and I wiring your media, your books, and your operating brain until your people run it without us. Five is what we can do without lowering the standard. The doors open in the fall. Between now and then, I’ll be proving it in public, every day, on my own businesses. Watch first. Decide later. The table’s open.

WHAT IT COSTS

The Machine is priced to the size of the install — your concept count and the labor of wiring it set the number. You’ll have it in plain terms at the operator call, before you commit to anything. It’s structured so one recovered labor point or one saved manager-day a week covers it. Most operators expense it.

01Is this a course?
No. Nothing to binge, nothing to fall behind on. It’s an installation — we build the machine inside your business, with your team, until it runs.
02Do I need to be technical?
If you can approve things from your phone, you’re technical enough. The install handles the wiring.
03What does it cost?

04Why only five?
Because it’s installed by the same people who run it for my businesses. Five without lowering the standard.
05What happens between now and Fall?
The machine runs my portfolio in public — daily. Watch it before you spend a dollar. That’s the point.
